Generate POC

This guide provides a step-by-step process on how to generate a Plan of Care (POC) after completing the Subjective, Objective, Assessment, and Plan (SOAP) pages.

Step 1: Complete the Subjective, Objective, Assessment, and Plan pages.

Step 2: Proceed to the Summary page and complete the SOAP.

Step 3: Scroll to the top of the page.

Upon completion, the Plan of Care will be automatically created.

Step 4: Download the POC or send it via eFax. The POC will be automatically attached.
