Assigning HEP to Patients

Step 1: Assign HEP. Assign HEP to your patient from documentation workflow within plan section.

Step 2: Select exercises from exercise list or from exercises performed within the clinic. Send HEP to patient via email.

Step 6: Add necessary information like the number of reps, sets and time.

Step 9: You can even access HEP tab on the left hand side to search Programs made earlier and access Assigned programs.
